Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's very moisturizing! But it dries quickly. I have other lipsticks that I'm interested in, so for this price, I'd rather not buy it again and try something else. It doesn't peel and has a good feel, so I recommend it.
It's easy to use and not sticky. It's in a jar, so I use it as a lip balm at home. Unlike stick-type lip balms, I don't have to worry about losing it. Since it's called a repair balm, I imagined it would have a sticky feel, but it's actually a surprisingly firm balm. It has a smooth texture that melts with the warmth of your fingers, so you can't get a lot of it in one go. I like to apply a generous amount, so I've had to apply it about five times, taking it on my fingers and reapplying it. It doesn't interfere with applying makeup, but because it's so smooth, I feel like it's a little too smooth for applying before bed. However, I don't wake up feeling dry in the morning, and my lips haven't gotten chapped, so I think this might be the reason.
