How To Use

Squeeze a bean-sized amount into the palm of your hand. Place it on five areas: both cheeks, forehead, and chin, and spread it in large circular motions. Next, take some sunscreen in your hands and apply it two or three times, focusing on areas that burn easily, such as the high points of your cheekbones, the bridge of your nose, and around your eyes.

It has a gel-like texture that spreads smoothly. Since it doesn't contain UV absorbers, I thought it would adhere well, but I was surprised by how light it felt. When I spread it all over my face, it left my skin feeling radiant and somehow toned up. It doesn't leave a white cast. I've been using it since early spring, and while I did experience some dryness in April when it was still chilly and dry, I've had no problems using it at this time of year. It doesn't have the ethanol feel that's common with gel sunscreens, so I can use it with confidence even on days when my skin is sensitive. I also like the simple packaging and herbal scent. It's light, easy to use, and reassuring, and the price is reasonable, so I'll definitely repurchase.

This is my third bottle. I absolutely love it! It's smooth and not sticky, and it doesn't have that typical sunscreen feeling, which is great! The SPF 50 version contains ethanol, so I can only use that one. I wish the 50 version was ethanol-free for summer!

I bought this sunscreen because I wanted one that's gentle on the skin and additive-free, even in winter. It's watery, spreads easily, and is very easy to use. It barely stains and can be removed with soap, so I can use just this on days when I'm not wearing makeup. I also really liked the reasonable price.
