How to use
Take an appropriate amount in your hand, add water, and thoroughly wash between your fingers, rinsing thoroughly. After washing, moisturize with hand lotion or cream. Turn the nozzle of the container 90 degrees in the direction of the arrow to unlock and pump. *Pump specifications, such as the amount per pump, may change without notice.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The refreshing, pleasant scent is soothing, making washing my hands a relaxing experience. My hands feel moisturized without feeling tight after washing. It has a thick, gel-like texture, and even a small amount of water will create a nice lather. It's an item I wouldn't normally buy for myself, but would be happy to receive, so I think it makes a great gift.
I love Neal's Yard hand soaps, and I alternate between the Citrus and Be Lovely varieties depending on my mood. The scent is very nice. The bottle is cute, so having it on the bathroom counter makes me feel excited. It doesn't leave a very refreshing feeling after washing, but the scent lingers even after I've finished washing, so I can enjoy the aroma.
I wash my hands more than 10 times a day at work, and since I started using this, my hands haven't gotten rough. It doesn't lather well, but it's very moisturizing, so I feel good about my skin. I refill it into a portable container and always keep it in my work clothes pocket. I also like the blue bottle. The scent is refreshing, with notes of lemon, grapefruit, and chamomile.
