Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this as part of a gift campaign from BLESSED MOON. It's Black Hole Lasting Waterproof Eyeliner Color: DARK BROWN. It's 0.01mm, which makes it easy to draw ultra-fine lines! It's soft, but the tips don't split, so it's easy to use. It's waterproof, so it won't come off even if you rub it. It also contains beauty ingredients, so I thought it would be great for everyday use. It was easy to draw, from under-eye bags to thicker lines.
I have two colors, #BLACK and #BROWN. The brown is surprisingly light, and I think the dark brown would have been easier to use. The black is a solid black. The brush is easy to use. It does come off quite a bit if you rub it, which is a bit disappointing.
It doesn't smudge and is easy to write with! I'll definitely buy it again!!
