Pre-wash your scalp with lukewarm water. Shake the can well, take an appropriate amount (about the size of two ping-pong balls) into the palm of your hand with the can upside down, and apply to your hair and scalp. Gently massage with your fingertips to wash thoroughly. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. *If you do not shake the can or use it sideways or upside down, only the gas will come out first, making it difficult to dispense the contents or making it impossible to use until the end. Also, the foam may appear patchy when dispensed, but this does not affect the quality.
