Kao soap has been committed to creating great foam for 130 years. This cream-like soap gently cleanses the skin. It uses a generous amount of the plant-based ingredient "natural palm milk*1" to create a rich lather and a fine, spreadable lather. . 100% plant-based ingredients*2 (soap base) . Contains naturally derived squalane (moisturizing ingredient) . Elegant white floral scent . Bath size*1 for ample washing. Endosperm*2 contained in palm kernels Vegetable oils are used as the soap base ingredient.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It lathers well to the last drop and is 10 times easier to use than milk soap. If I had to say something, it bothers me a little that it's not made in Japan.
It can be used by people of all ages and genders, and can be used all year round. It has a pleasant soapy scent and the creamy foam is also great.
The scent was quite strong. I bought it because it was cheap, but I prefer other soaps so I won't be buying it again.
I've been using this ever since my beloved Savon D'or body soap, which I used at home, was discontinued. It lathers well and rinses off easily, leaving my skin feeling refreshed, and it's great for both my body and face. Living with two people, I use it on my body and face, and it lasts between two weeks and a month. It's great value, costing just 250-300 yen for three bath-sized bottles, so I buy it in bulk when I can get it cheap. It has a nice scent, so I also use it to wash my makeup puffs and brushes, and they don't feel particularly rough, so I can use it normally. I've tried a few other soaps, but when it comes to value for money and ease of purchase, nothing beats this one. I'll continue to use this one.
I use it as a body soap. There are no particularly good or bad points to mention. It's cheap and good value for money. It doesn't irritate my skin, so I continue to use it.
