Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I already had the pillow mist, but I wanted the body cream too, so I bought this. I think it would be perfect for winter. It's a fairly heavy cream, but I have dry skin, so it's perfect for me.
I bought this because I wanted to try the Wellness Series. It has a lovely lavender scent. It's a relaxing scent. The texture is firm and doesn't spread very well, but it's not difficult to use. It's thick and doesn't dry out the skin, making it perfect for winter. It's a little pricey, but it comes in a generous amount and lasts a long time.
I often use Body Shop body creams and love the lavender scent, so I've tried this before. The scent is so nice, but it's a little disappointing that it doesn't last long. It's moisturizing and doesn't cause any skin problems, so it's easy to use, but I'd be happier if it had a softer texture and was easier to apply.
