Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

At this time of year, creams at the end of my skincare routine feel heavy, so I liked this sample and ordered the full product from Suzykirei shopping. This product isn't available for subscription on the Orbis official website, and it's not sold at the official Rakuten Ichiba store, so I think Suzykirei's Special Week is the best deal. It doesn't have the slippery feel of a cream, but it's a gel, so it does feel sticky. I tried U-Dot's cream moisturizer later and found that I preferred it, so I plan to switch. The beauty advisor said this gel can also be used daily, but I think I'll stick with the special care version. It apparently contains 90 uses.

It has a jelly-like consistency and feels sticky immediately after application, but after about 20 seconds, it absorbs and locks in moisture. It's unscented, which is a shame since it doesn't have a pleasant scent, but there's no unpleasant smell (such as the smell of ingredients), which is a relief. I received this as a sample for an official Orbis skin check, and I really like the feel, so I'm considering purchasing it.
I'd been interested in this gel for a while, and I bought it on Beauty Day for its cooling sensation and whitening effects ahead of summer. I tried it after applying lotion and beauty oil, and I really liked how it locked in moisture and left my skin feeling plump. I applied it after a bath and it felt so cool and refreshing. I usually take a bath right after exercising at home, so I look forward to using this afterward. I was a little worried about the stickiness, but personally, I'm used to the stickiness of vitamin C face masks, so it didn't bother me too much. It was absorbed smoothly into my skin between the time I got out of the bath and when I went to bed, it felt like it was sticking to my hands.
