What it is
Contains green tea. tea leaves, tea seed oil, tea leaf water: for skin tightening. and charcoal. charcoal, French green clay: for cleansing. It absorbs and removes makeup and sebum while moisturizing to thoroughly care for pores. With daily cleansing, you can expect a pore pack effect without having to leave it on.

How to use
1) When your face is dry, apply the cleansing balm to your entire face. 2) Use your fingertips to gently massage the balm into areas with dark spots or pores. 3) Then, gently massage the balm into your makeup, then add a small amount of water to your hands to emulsify. 4) Finally, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

I received this product a while ago and it's the second cleansing balm I've ever used! The first balm I used from another company was neither good nor bad. However, this one has a pleasant refreshing feeling from the charcoal, and the texture isn't too heavy, making it easy to use. Also, while scents may be a matter of personal preference, I prefer a refreshing scent over a sweet one, so this was perfect for me. After using this product, I tried other cleansing balms and have now gone back to oil-based ones, but if I were to go back to a balm, I liked this one so much that it would be the first one that comes to mind.
This is my favorite cleanser because it cleanses thoroughly while leaving my skin moisturized. I recommend you try it at least once!
My pores tend to open up especially in the summer, so I love this cleansing balm. I'm happy that it cleanses while also acting as a pore pack, clearing blackheads and caring for my pores. It has a thick, sticky texture that spreads easily. I'll post instructions on how to use it on the official website! The scent is supposed to be a mix of green tea and charcoal, but it's not a pleasant smell, so some people may not like it.
It did a decent job of removing makeup, but I would have preferred to use a remover to remove eye makeup first. Eyeliner remained, but after rinsing it off, my skin felt moisturized and didn't feel tight.
It does a decent job of removing makeup, even waterproof mascara! However, the color bothered me... When I rinsed it off, the green cleanser would splatter all over the bathroom, and I was worried that if I didn't double cleanse, the green pigment would remain in my pores. I think my rating would be much different if the color was a little lighter...
