What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm close to using up the whole bottle, so I'll write a review. This cream is a reliable choice for adults with sensitive skin who are concerned about dryness. It's quite thick, so I basically only use it at night, and when I'm concerned about dryness, I also use it in the morning on select areas, and it really moisturizes! It's fragrance-free, non-irritating, and just moisturizes, so I want to keep it as a good luck charm. It comes in a small tube, so it doesn't take up much space when traveling, and if you keep it upright at home, it doesn't take up much space. I also like that it can be applied quickly without the need for a spatula. I'll continue to use it in combination with other creams.
