[Order of Use] Face wash ⇒ Lotion ⇒ Essence ⇒ Mask ⇒ Emulsion. *Recommended use once or twice a week. [Freshness Period] Use immediately after opening. Unopened: Within 2 years. Contains no preservatives, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes, petroleum-based surfactants, or UV absorbers. *Weakly acidic, includes manufacturing date.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

easy to use
The sheet feels bumpy? It feels rough, which is kind of painful. Also, as others have said, I didn't really like the smell. I think it's moisturizing, but I don't like the rough texture and smell of this sheet. For the price, I think Medibeer would be better.
The finish is moisturizing! I feel like the whitening type is thicker, but this one feels like it really keeps the skin hydrated. It's easy to use because it has no peculiar taste. I have sensitive skin, but I was able to use it without any problems.
I've used it many times and it's very good.
