Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used a sample. I have thick, wavy hair, so after using the sample just once, it was neither good nor bad. The scent was nice.
The smell was amazing! The next day the results were outstanding.
The shampoo lathered easily and was easy to use. It left my hair feeling moisturized. However, I didn't like the scent.
I personally didn't like the scent that much, but the texture after washing was good.
The packaging is cute, and it feels great to care for damaged hair. I found it at a drugstore and bought it. I've been coloring my hair repeatedly, and my hair gets tangled when I blow dry it, so I liked the damage care aspect of this product. After using it, it lathers well and has a nice scent, so washing my hair is fun. It's also helped calm down tangles when I blow dry it. (Just to be safe, I moisturize my hair with a different brand of hair oil after blow drying.) I recommend this product to anyone who is concerned about dry hair and wants to care for damage while enjoying the scent. I'm on my first bottle right now, so I'll consider repurchasing it once I finish it.
