1) Use your brush or tip to apply the "bottom right" to the edge of your lashes. 2) Blend the "bottom left" to the width of your double eyelid, blending the top of the line you drew in step 1. 3) After layering step 2, blend the "top right" further toward the center of your lid, blending it in. 4) Apply the "top left" to the center of your lid by patting it with your finger to create a three-dimensional, transparent shine!
