Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried the mini size and was pleased to find that it was very moisturizing!
The appearance and packaging are nice, so I get excited when I use it. It also feels good to use, so I'm thinking about buying it again. I'd also like to try other products besides Tatcha.
I'd been curious about this product for a while, so I tried out the mini size on Beauty Day. It's a rich cream with a lovely lavender-like plant scent. The scent disappears once it's absorbed into the skin. After applying toner, I warm it in the palm of my hand and then apply it to my skin, which feels like it locks in moisture and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. A small amount spreads easily and leaves my skin feeling soft. I left it on until the evening the next day without washing my face, and it didn't feel dry at all! (Er, gross) I guess the price isn't exactly cheap...
I bought it from Rakuten Suzykirei store. I love purple, so I bought it purely for the packaging. The finish is also soft and smooth.
I used a sample. It was a thick cream, but it spread well and was surprisingly light and not sticky. It contains saccharomyces ferment filtrate, so I felt the ingredients were good. It left my skin moisturized and highly moisturizing. A small amount is enough to cover my entire face, so it doesn't seem like a bad value for the money.
