I received this as a souvenir from a festival. Good points: - Removes makeup well - Has a spatula on the back of the lid, so it's hygienic. - Blends in easily and the amount used is less than I expected, which is good. Cons: - It dries out, so you need to apply skincare immediately. It removed eye makeup without needing to remove it separately (Eupink mascara). However, after cleansing, my skin feels dry and prickly, so I need to apply skincare immediately. The Perfect One cleansing balm I used recently didn't dry out my skin as much. Still, it has a strong cleansing power and removes makeup smoothly and refreshingly, so I want to use different ones for different makeup. The spatula on the back of the lid is also hygienic and a hassle at first, but once you get used to it, it doesn't feel that much of a hassle. I think it's an excellent cleansing balm, but I'm concerned about the dryness, so if I were to buy it again, I'd probably go with Perfect One. I'm also interested in the other series, but this one is 4.
