Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It feels cool the moment you apply it, and it spreads and lasts normally. It's not sticky at all. I think it's good value for money. I personally don't think the scent is bad, but some people might find it a bit old-fashioned. If it had a more refreshing tropical scent, I would consider repurchasing it.
I was surprised by the stimulating coldness the moment I applied it to my fingers. My sweat disappeared instantly after application. It has a smooth texture. The scent is refreshing and not unnatural.

It's described as a playful tropical scent, not overly sweet, but with a refreshing, powdery aroma. If you want to cool a wide area, this is the one for you. It has a firm texture for a thick gel, but it spreads smoothly and cools down quickly. It's also non-sticky and smooth (although depending on your skin condition and environment, it may feel moisturized or a little sticky right after application). It not only cools down, but also provides a little moisture. It's apparently fine to apply before going out or after a bath, and it's certainly true that after a bath, when your body is hot and flushed, the cool, refreshing breeze makes it even more refreshing, so it might feel a little chilly if the air conditioner or fan is on. *Because it's a cooling item, it contains refreshing ingredients like menthol and peppermint leaf extract, so it's cool and has a refreshing scent that hits your nose, but especially when it's hot, the cooling sensation adds a refreshing feeling. It doesn't have a strong scent, and it also has a subtle sweet, tropical scent of Solekala 72. *The cooling sensation fades over time, but if you add water to it and mist it, or blow air on it with a fan or hand fan, it will feel even cooler.
