How to use
After thoroughly rinsing your hair and scalp with lukewarm water, take an appropriate amount in your hands and work it into your entire hair. Work it into a lather, then massage your scalp thoroughly and rinse thoroughly. Tips for increasing effectiveness (1) If you feel like your hair is not lathering well, we recommend shampooing twice, once to remove surface dirt such as styling products, and then shampooing thoroughly down to your scalp. (2) Once the lather has spread throughout your hair, leave it for a few minutes as a "lather pack" to allow the active ingredients to penetrate your hair and make it even softer to the touch.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because I wanted a moisturizing treatment for the winter. After blow-drying, my hair was shiny and smooth, something I couldn't stop touching. I'll definitely be buying this again!
I received a sample and when I used it, my normally dry hair became calm the moment I dried it, and my hair became easier to manage.
Hair type: Soft, curly, permed, bleached, colored (every two months), and used with straighteners and curling irons. My hair is prone to damage, so commercial shampoos tend to make it dry and brittle. However, this shampoo is non-irritating and has good cleansing power, making it a perfect fit for my hair type. Since my hair is naturally curly, it was difficult to control the frizz, but this shampoo is designed for high-damage hair, so it helps reduce frizz. (Used in conjunction with a treatment from the same series.) I previously used Kérastase (green), but this one is a better fit for my hair type. Using the same shampoo for a long period of time can make my hair dry, but this one doesn't, so I bought the larger refill. However, this shampoo alone cannot provide all the benefits, so I recommend using it with other brands' carbonated shampoos or hair packs for extra care.
