How to use
After thoroughly rinsing your hair and scalp with lukewarm water, take an appropriate amount in your hands and work it into your entire hair. Work it into a lather, then massage your scalp thoroughly and rinse thoroughly. ▼ Tips for increasing effectiveness (1) If you feel like your hair is not lathering well, we recommend shampooing twice, once to remove surface dirt such as styling products, and then shampooing thoroughly down to your scalp. (2) Once the lather has spread throughout your hair, leave it for a few minutes as a "lather pack" to allow the active ingredients to penetrate your hair and make it even softer to the touch.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
