Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love the scent and the finish, so I've bought it many times. The shampoo wasn't great (it didn't have the finish I wanted), but the treatment is great!! I massage it into the ends of my hair, and even if I rinse it out pretty quickly, it leaves my hair feeling smooth. If I use too much, it makes my hair feel heavy, so even though I have long hair, I use one pump and then a little more, massaging it in carefully. I think I'll continue to use this unless I find something else I really like. It's my favorite treatment. It's simple, but I hope it's helpful to someone.

The cleansing power is strong and lathers well. The shampoo is quite viscous, so be careful not to lather it well in your hands before applying it, as this can result in uneven washing and make it difficult to cleanse properly. My hair felt smooth after rinsing. I was a little concerned about bedhead and frizz the next morning, but I really liked how it felt freshly blow-dried.
It washes easily and my family loves it. It's hard to find, so when I find it, I buy lots of it.
