What it is
This skincare product addresses "unhappy skin" that has become dull, clogged pores, rough skin, and lost its natural radiance. The cream's texture melts into the skin the moment it is applied, spreading moisture throughout the skin. Applying a generous amount can also be used as a mask.

How to use
After washing your face and applying toner (or after using serum, if applicable), take an appropriate amount and smooth it over your entire face and neck. Use as a mask once a week. After cleansing, apply a thin layer over your entire face. Leave on for about 5 minutes, then gently wipe off with a tissue. Avoid the area around your eyes.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was surprised that there were no reviews at all!! It doesn't have a thick, dense foam, but it lathers well and leaves a feeling of thorough washing, but it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight at all. I really liked it, but unfortunately the price has recently gone up and it's become a bit harder to buy. If it was the previous price of 4,400 yen, I would have recommended this face wash, but at 5,500 yen, I think I'll look for something else.^^;
I think Estee Lauder has a lot of really good products. It's just a face wash, but it's still a face wash. Personally, I'm very particular about face wash because it really changes my skin. This is odorless and doesn't look like a department store cosmetic, but my face is noticeably brighter after washing. What's more, it gives my skin a strange matte finish, which may be a mystery you won't understand until you try it. It doesn't dry out my skin, and it's not shiny like oil, but it brightens my skin. It's expensive, but I really like this face wash.
