How to use
Take an appropriate amount (about 3 pumps) in your hand and massage it into your makeup. Once the makeup has lifted, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. *Depending on the type of point makeup, it may be difficult to remove. In that case, please use a dedicated remover.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a cleanser for light makeup and was attracted to its good value for money, which is why I bought this. It can be used with wet hands, so I feel comfortable using it in the bath. I was looking for a cleansing milk and found this one with good reviews, so I decided to buy it. It has a refreshing, light texture. It's non-irritating and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing. Some reviews say it doesn't require double cleansing and removes makeup cleanly, but I found it difficult to remove mascara.
It's milky when you put it on your hands, but turns into a smooth liquid as soon as you put it on your face. The instructions say to rinse it off when the makeup floats to the surface, but I'm not sure when to do that. So I just rinse it off whenever I feel like it. It seems to remove my makeup. The scent is soothing, like the body soap you find in hot springs. It stings if it gets in your eyes, so you need to be careful. After rinsing, my skin feels refreshed and there was no irritation.
I think it's closer to a gel than a milk. That's why it spreads easily. When I rub it on my skin, it doesn't feel like it's blending with my makeup and emulsifying, and it doesn't leave a smooth feeling after rinsing, but when I wipe it off with lotion after a bath, the cotton pad doesn't get dirty at all, so it seems to remove my makeup properly. It says that double cleansing isn't necessary, but I do double cleansing because I don't find the refreshing feeling after washing to be enough. Because it doesn't feel too refreshing, it doesn't remove oil, so I think it's a formula that's suitable for people with dry or sensitive skin. It's a large 300ml bottle, so it's good value for money.
