Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used to use SWEET, but it has since been discontinued, so I bought NATURAL this time. The crossed eyelashes look natural at the ends when you look straight ahead with your eyes open, but the crossed roots are more noticeable when you look down or from the side, so I prefer straight eyelashes. I knew this because I'd tried NATURAL before, but I still find the roots annoying. I really hope SWEET is restocked.

It's very natural and gives volume, so I love using it. However, after using it a few times, I lose about a centimeter of hair from the outer corners of my eyes. I've been using the same company's products for about a year now, but I feel like the quality of their products has dropped dramatically over the past six months. I would highly recommend it if you're only using it once, but it might not be the best for everyday use.
