What it is
This powder eyebrow with a complexion-enhancing color adds a touch of complexion for a deep, natural look. It includes an eyebrow brush and nose shadow brush for delicately shaping the brows to their ends. Available in three colors: EX-4: Light brown with carrot orange, EX-5: Brown with lilac purple, and EX-6: Reddish brown with strawberry red.

How to use
[Eyebrows] 1. Take an appropriate amount of powder onto the brush and apply, adjusting it with the back of your hand. 2. Mix DE with your desired color to add a healthy glow to your entire eyebrow. 3. Mix AB with your desired color and blend it over your entire eyebrow. Apply a light shade to the beginning of your eyebrow, then create a gradient from the center to the end to create a three-dimensional look. 4. Mix AD with your desired color and apply a thin line from the arch to the end of your eyebrow. [Nose Shadow] Mix CE with a nose shadow brush and blend it lightly from under the beginning of your eyebrow along the side of your nose. [Eye Shadow] Mix DE and apply over your entire eyelid. Layer A to C as desired to emphasize the three-dimensional look.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love using the darker Décolleté Eyebrow Powder because my eyebrows are thin and give a natural finish, but adding this gives a nice nuance. It's affordable, but the color payoff is great, and it can also be used as eyeshadow, so it's great to carry around.
I bought this hoping it would be useful for touch-ups and to significantly reduce the amount of luggage I have to carry when traveling. I also purchased an additional brush to use for shadow and complexion. Because the palette and brush are so compact, it took a little time to apply, but I was able to apply nose shadow, eye shadow, and under-eye bags. The complexion color is cute. It was a bit thin, making it difficult to create defined eyebrows. It gives a soft, fluffy finish overall. It's easy to apply nose shadow. If you keep this and a mini lipstick in your pocket, you can do anything anytime, lol. It's amazing that something so compact comes with a mirror, brush, and so many colors for this price.
I've been using the regular standard ones for years, but the lighter colors run out first and the darker colors end up being left over (I create my eyebrows with light and medium colors, and the darker colors are too dark for my brows, so I only occasionally use them for eye makeup), so I was hoping Kate would change the color ratio. I was also in the mood for purple eyebrows, so I went with this next. I like that even with just the normal brown, I can get a purple nuance depending on my mood, and that the darker colors end up being less intensive. If the left side had been a pale brown gradation with gray tones, neither reddish nor yellow, it would have been perfect...
