How to use
INES Massage Shampoo: After thoroughly wetting your hair and scalp, take an appropriate amount, lather it up, and massage the entire scalp, then rinse thoroughly. INES Massage Treatment: After shampooing, lightly drain the water and apply an appropriate amount to the entire scalp and hair, massaging it in to loosen it. Then rinse thoroughly from the scalp. (Appropriate amount: For semi-long hair, use about the size of a ping-pong ball, or approximately 15g.) INES Scalp Moisturizing Serum: Use with the can facing up without shaking the container. - Remove the white stopper from the nozzle before use. - After washing and towel-drying your hair, apply to a wet scalp. - Part your hair and apply an appropriate amount directly to your scalp, then gently press the lather into your scalp. (Appropriate amount: One pump per area, approximately 1 second, approximately 6 areas)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
