How to use
Lightly wet your face, take an appropriate amount (about 2-3 pumps) in your hand, and gently wash your face, enveloping it, then rinse thoroughly. Use without shaking the container. Do not use if water gets on the pump part.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a subtle fresh green scent and is easy to use because it can be washed away quickly with foam. My skin feels moisturized even after washing. My acne seems to be fading a little. I think it's a promising product for the price.

The foam is firm, so you can wash without friction. It leaves your skin feeling refreshed and not tight, and the scent is lovely and soothing. It comes out as foam, so washing your face is easy. When you fill your hands with the rich, creamy foam and wrap it around your face, you feel happy. The foam doesn't disappear immediately while you're washing, and a fluffy lather remains. The sweet scent is soothing, and it didn't leave your skin feeling tight after washing.
I'm a fan of foam face washes that don't dry out but leave my skin feeling refreshed (it's a pain so I prefer foam types lol). I've tried a lot of foam face washes up until now, mainly from department stores, but unlike the refreshing feeling of the dense foam I make myself, none of them left my skin feeling refreshed and slimy after washing. A certain celebrity recommended this, so I bought Dove Deep Pure Creamy Foam Face Wash and Dove Acne Care Creamy Foam Face Wash together and tried using them morning and night, but I couldn't really tell the difference between them. The feel is not much different from the department store brands, so it's good value for money and comes with refills, so I'll buy it again as a keep-along face wash for the family.
