Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have medium-length, dry, curly hair that tends to get frizzy and frizzy easily, and I color my hair. I used up both the shampoo and conditioner. I bought this product to treat frizz, but it was just okay. It might be effective for people with moderately curly hair. It's good value for money.
I bought this to try out because I was growing my hair out and was concerned about the frizz at the ends. My hair is medium length, no color or perm, and curly (kinky). I only use it as a conditioner. The smooth texture makes it easy to spread. I had the impression that Lux has a strong scent, but this one doesn't have that. It has a typical fruity floral scent and is fine. My hair is now easier to manage and the frizz has improved. However, it didn't have any effect on the dryness at the ends. It's inexpensive and easy to buy, and there are many different varieties, so I thought I might try other products.
I used to have trouble with frizzy hair, but as I continued to use this product, my hair became more moisturized and calm, and it felt easier to manage the next morning. The treatment lathers well and blends smoothly into my hair, leaving it incredibly smooth to run your fingers through after rinsing. The elegant scent of freshly picked fruit and water blossom makes bath time a pleasant experience. This series is cost-effective and easy to incorporate into your daily routine.
I bought it at Don Quijote because it was on sale. The feel is neither good nor bad, but I really like the smell. The scent of the conditioner in particular lingers, so I feel great the next day, too!
I usually get my hair straightened, so I tried using this to keep it straight, and it definitely works on the frizz better than regular shampoo, making it straighter. It's cheap and available at drugstores, so I think it's great. When I've just had my hair straightened and it's still working, I use the Lux Osmanthus scented product, which I also like because it smells nice. I didn't notice any roughness or anything.
