Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
The stick type is convenient because you can use it quickly even in the car. I apply a gloss when I want it to last longer, so the hold-up time is average.
I've bought so many bottles that I can't even count them. I currently have about 10 bottles in stock at home lol. I've tried other flavors, but for some reason, cherry is the one that doesn't dry out my lips the most!
It applies smoothly and effortlessly. It's not sticky at all. It keeps my skin moisturized, so even though I'm prone to dry skin, I think it's worth buying again. However, it might not be moisturizing enough to use as a base for a dry lipstick...
It has a unique scent that is unlike any other.
It's sold in limited places, or rather, I don't see it very often, but it's surprisingly available online, so I bought this lip balm after reading reviews. To be honest, it's not sticky and it moisturizes quite well, so the moisturizing power is amazing! However, the smell is too strong...
