Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using it all summer, and it's smooth yet moisturizing, and it feels like it's hydrating my skin. It's already become one of my favorites. I highly recommend it for people who are prone to acne!
As the weather is getting hotter, I bought this to prevent stickiness. I personally like the refreshing, natural herbal scent. I use it on a cotton pad before applying a sheet mask after a bath, and it's great because it leaves a refreshing feeling and moisturizes without feeling sticky. I soak the cotton pad with quite a lot at a time, so it may run out quickly, but I think the price is reasonable.
I've been using it for about a month now, but I'm not sure if it's had any positive effects. I still get acne. That doesn't mean I think it's bad, but it does seem to have a low moisturizing effect.
A few times a year, I experience a mysterious withdrawal symptom: "Huh, herbal...!", and crave essential oils or herbal scents that aren't artificial (to my nose). (Don't think I'm a creep!) In 2025, this Chant A Charm toner, with its refreshing, if not slightly grassy, scent, was just right. I used it every night and as a cotton pack after sun exposure, and finished it in about two weeks. The texture is a little too thick for a watery feel, and while some organic products don't suit my skin, I was pleased that it didn't irritate my skin. The scent was what I was looking for most in this toner, so I was very happy with that. Now that the withdrawal symptoms have subsided (what on earth?), I'll be going back to my original toner, but the scent itself was something I absolutely loved. Thank you!
The texture is the same as other Chant A Charm lotions, but the scent is herbal and it feels refreshing. It doesn't penetrate deeply.
