Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a little cool and feels good. I was worried about the roughness on my upper arms, so I'm happy that they've become so much smoother. I also think it's great that it comes in a jar so you can use it all up. I'm giving it 5 stars because the price is a bit steep, but I'll definitely buy it again.
It was a bit pricey for a body cream for me, but I decided to buy it. It has a subtle cooling effect. The scent is both relaxing and refreshing. It feels good to use, but I've been busy so I haven't been able to use it much, and it's been two years since I opened it, so I ended up throwing it away without being able to use it all. However, it seems like it would be effective if I continued to use it. I wish they would sell another half-size.

Of course, it doesn't make you slim, and you won't get skinny instantly, but it does boost your motivation! It leaves your skin smooth and smells great. It's expensive, but I want to keep using it.
I purchased this product directly from the official website. The texture is somewhere between a cream and a lotion. It spreads easily and is easy to apply. You have to be careful not to tip the jar, as it will spill. It's neither runny nor sticky, and it leaves just the right amount of residue on the skin, making it easy to massage into. As you massage, it settles into a moisturizing, comfortable feel. It spreads easily and massages easily, and I feel it has a firming and firming effect, so I really like it. If I had to say, it does have a nice floral scent, but the cooling sensation overshadows it, which I think is a matter of personal preference. I don't mind it, but if asked, I'd say I don't need that cooling sensation. I recommend trying a sample first if you're a first-time user. And, as I'm always tempted to write in my Clarins body product reviews, I hope they bring back Multimass.
