This year, through our collaboration with Morita Farm in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, we once again collected peaches that were overripe on the trees and unable to withstand transport, or that had been damaged by wind and damaged by leaves and branches, making them unsuitable for market and therefore inevitably discarded.
