Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I keep it in the freezer! If you prepare it before going out on a hot day (apply it to your back or nape), you'll feel the coolest sensation about 30 minutes after applying it, rather than immediately after applying it!! To be honest, the scent is so strong that I think it might be best to avoid it when going to work. I don't think it's a scent that anyone would dislike, but if you apply it over a wide area to cool down, it might be quite strong for some people. On the other hand, I highly recommend it for those who want to be enveloped in this scent! It looks like it will be a reliable item for this year's heatwaves, so I even gave it as a gift to a friend.
I apply it to my arms and legs before going out, and to cool down after using a home hair removal device. As long as you're not outdoors in extreme heat, the cooling sensation lasts for 4-5 hours, so I recommend it.
I came across this product while researching various cosmetics. I keep it in the refrigerator. I imagine it would be even colder if I put it in the freezer, but for now I'm keeping it in the fridge. I thought the lychee scent was unusual, so I decided to buy it. It feels really nice when you take it out of the fridge and apply the cool gel to your body. Is the scent quite strong?
