How to use
1. In the bath, dispense a 10-yen coin-sized amount of Intimate Soap into your hand and wash your wet intimate area 5 to 10 times. There is no need to lather it up beforehand; simply moving your hands back and forth will create enough lather. Rinse thoroughly after washing. 2. After bathing, dry yourself with a towel, dispense a 1-yen coin-sized amount of Intimate Serum into your hand, and thoroughly massage it into your intimate area. 3. The White Cream has a lid seal; remove the cap, peel off the seal, and then reattach the lid. After applying the serum, dispense a 5- to 10-yen coin-sized amount of White Cream into your hand and thoroughly massage it into your intimate area.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
