Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the Botanist body soap because I liked their shampoo. It was just a regular body soap. The scent was also pretty typical. It wasn't bad. The foam was soft and gentle on the skin.
The rich, fluffy foam leaves a refreshing feeling when washing. It's also moisturizing, so it's perfect for dry seasons, and it has a sweet, lovely scent! The scent lasts a long time, leaving a subtle, pleasant scent that lasts for a long time! I want to buy it again.
When I purchased the Botanist shampoo and treatment, a sample was included, so I used that. I usually use Curel's foaming body soap, so this one required some effort to lather with a foaming net. However, unlike the foaming type, it created a fluffy, bouncy, dense lather that felt great to wash my body with. I also liked how the lather rinsed off easily and left my skin feeling refreshed after rinsing. I also think it's very cost-effective, as a small amount produces a lot of lather. It's so pleasant to wash with that I'd like to switch to this one.
Even a small amount creates a good lather, and the foam is thick and bouncy, leaving your skin moisturized and not tight even after rinsing! The scent of rose and white peach is very soothing! If it were a little cheaper, I would continue to use it!
The scent is simply amazing! The not-too-sweet scent of rose and peach fills the bath, providing daily relaxation. As the name "moist" suggests, it leaves your skin feeling moisturized after washing. Previously, my skin would get dry and flaky in the winter, but since switching to this, I feel like my skin feels less tight after a bath. However, because it's so moisturizing, those who prefer a refreshing wash may find it leaves a slightly slimy feeling. It lathers well and is good value for money, so I'll continue to use it during the dry season!
