How to use
[How to Refill] 1. Wash the bottle and pump and dry thoroughly. *12. Hold the square mark at the top and cut it in the direction of the arrow. *23. Insert the spout into the bottle and slowly pour. This product is for refilling. Be sure to refill into the Botanist Botanical Body Soap Deep Moist bottle. *1 If the bottle is not dried properly, bacteria may grow. *2 Holding the body may cause the contents to spill out. Wet your hands, towel, foaming net, etc., apply an appropriate amount, lather, and wash your entire body. After washing, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a clear body soap to make the most of the cute container. I personally like the moisturizing, refreshing feel, and scent, so I bought about 10 of them.
Since I started using this, my skin has become less dry. It's also become softer, and my skin is no longer rough or stiff. I do moisturize my body, but even without it, my skin doesn't get dry. The smell isn't bad, but it's not my type, so I've been looking for other options, but it seems like there aren't many products with similar ingredients, so I plan to keep buying this until I find something I like.

I bought this because I heard it had good ingredients. My body is more prone to dryness than my face, and in the winter my skin gets so dry that it flakes. I was told by a dermatologist that regular body soaps can cause over-washing, so I was curious about this one and decided to give it a try, and it was great! It's a runny, loose liquid, and when you press the pump it tends to overflow from your hand, so be careful. It lathers up quickly and is easy to spread on your body. The lather rinses off easily and it feels great to use. It also has a gentle, soothing scent. It's an elegant scent that's not often found in other body soaps. It feels moisturized while washing, so I don't have to rush to moisturize after a bath, which is nice. I thought it was worth the price.
