What it is
This eyebrow pencil lets you freely draw thin, delicate lines or soft, voluminous brows. It combines a powdery texture for a natural finish with a moisturizing texture for a smooth application. The tip is hexagonal with sharp corners and gentle curves. Varying the angle of application allows for a wide range of brow designs. *For first-time users, please also purchase the separately sold "THREE Advanced Identity Eyebrow Pencil Holder" and insert the pencil refill into the holder. *This product is a refill; the holder is not included.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Three products are never a disappointment, even if you buy them on impulse. This was my first time using this one, but it was easy to apply and the color was nice. It's similar to Shu Uemura's flat eyebrow pencil. However, this one writes more evenly and glides on better! The holder is a little cheap and thick, but the rest of the impression was good.
The oval shape makes it easy to draw both thin and thick lines. The pen is matte and looks cute, and it has a brush at the end, so it's very easy to use and can be used with just one pen.

It's expensive department store cosmetics, but I was worried about my very thin eyebrows. Using the angled cut side makes it easy to create natural-looking eyebrows. I'd like to buy it again. The color is natural and I'm very satisfied.
