PF35/PA+++ UV absorber-free lip base protects thin, delicate lips from UV damage. UV absorber-free, yet without a white cast, the subtle coral color gives lips a healthy flush, correcting lip color. Contains over 55% moisturizing ingredients, leaving lips hydrated, shiny, and smooth. A reliable everyday item, whether used as a lip makeup base or as a lip balm when going out. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Unlike the usual sunscreen lip balms sold at drugstores, this one isn't shiny or greasy, making it very easy to use as a base. However, I feel like it's causing my lips to peel. I'll wait and see how it goes after using it for a little longer. It's very comfortable to use! 2025/8/21 Addendum: I'm changing my note from 4 to 2... sorry. I thought it was because I was using it with the lip balm that it caused irritation, but it also irritated my lips when used alone, so I guess it just wasn't right for my lips... The Nivea UV-cut lip balm with the orange cap that I bought at the drugstore didn't irritate my lips as much. Just for your reference...
I use it over Fujiko's Impersonation Tint. It has sun protection and moisturizing properties, so I use it as a lip product for work. I don't think it's for going out, but it's a lip product that will accompany you during your daily work.
How many bottles have I had already? I keep buying it over and over again. First of all, I don't have sensitive skin, but my lips are sensitive and even lip balm can cause peeling if it doesn't suit me. Lip balms, especially those with SPF, can be quite dry. But Lip Conscious doesn't dry out my lips!! If I forget to apply it and go out, my lips get sunburned and sting, so I know right away. Also, I don't have a fair complexion... but it does add a little color, so it's great for natural makeup. I use it more as a lip balm than as makeup. One drawback is the shape of the inside of the lid, which is hard to see in the second photo. The lip balm rubs against the part where it changes from square to round, and that gets dirty...
