Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my second time buying this product since it was renewed. It's not cheap, but it's great for thick, coarse hair. The treatment is pretty light, so I also use the hair mask in the line.
The scent is very soothing. The bubbles may get a little worn out.
Maybe it's because of age, but my hair is wavy and my scalp is unstable. It was sticky and dry, but this shampoo seems to have calmed it down. And it dries quickly! I bought the mini pouch because I wanted to try the treatment. I'm grateful for the mini pouch, which is not a major product (sorry), but it also gets rid of the unpleasant feeling of scalp dirt, so it's good for traveling and business trips. I'm thinking of buying the treatment as well.
Good foaming
I have dry hair, but it's moisturized. The scent isn't too strong, so I can use it anytime. I especially like the shampoo. They also sell refills, so I plan to keep buying them. I wish there were more places to go.
