Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used the sample pouch. I really like the floral scent. I dye my hair once a month, so I'm very happy to have something that prevents fading. I only used it once, so I don't know how much it fades, but the shampoo lathers up really well, and the fluffy foam feels nice. I felt that it was a little hard to rinse off. The treatment has a firm texture, so you have to spread it out with your hands before blending it in. The finish is smooth, and I would have liked it if it was a little more moisturizing. I really liked the scent, so I'll buy a few more pouches and then consider buying the full product.
