How to use
After shampooing, take an appropriate amount in your hand and work it thoroughly into your hair. Leave it for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the pouch type. This product was perfect for me, as I have soft, low-volume hair! It lathers well and has a scent that everyone will love. It's just the right amount of moisturizing, and leaves my hair smooth. What made me happiest was that it restored my hair's firmness ^ ^, which is great for people with hair like mine! It also seems to be effective on hair after coloring, so I thought it would be a good product to have on hand.
It's good that you can try the sample before buying the main product. The smell seems to be controversial, but it makes my hair smooth, so I'll consider buying the main product.
Easy and good
I bought the mini pouch. I don't dislike the scent as much as Baobari Rich, but I prefer the finish of Baobari Rich (Damage Care). It left my skin smooth. If I had to choose between this and Baobari Rich, I would choose Baobari Rich. However, I don't really like the scent, so I'm having a hard time deciding.
It lathers well and has a nice scent. It washes well and doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky the next day. I bought it again right after using it.
