What it is
Liposils Liner is TALIKA's first eyeliner that simultaneously applies makeup and promotes eyelash growth. The eyeliner contains a legendary plant complex and the benefits of red clover to provide true eyelash care. It does not contain prostaglandin analogues or hormone derivatives. -------------------Regarding the use of eyelash serum products, the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan issued a warning on August 8, 2019. How to use
1. Shake the pen before application. 2. Draw a line from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner, as close to the lash line as possible. 3. To maintain the product's effectiveness, close the cap tightly after use. Caution: If the following symptoms occur after using this product, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing use may worsen the symptoms. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. 1) If you experience redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. 2) If symptoms 1) appear after exposure to direct sunlight after use. Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately without rubbing. If you experience a foreign body sensation or other abnormalities after use, consult an ophthalmologist. Do not store in extremely hot or body-warm places or in direct sunlight. Use as soon as possible after opening. Keep out of reach of infants and children.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
