How to use
1: Open the lid and pull up the edge of the mask. *Do not pull too hard when pulling up. 2: Spread the mask out and place it on your face, stretching it left and right to fit, then leave it on for 60 seconds. *For those who are concerned about dryness, leaving it on for 5 to 10 minutes will be more effective. 3: Peel off the mask and you're done! We also recommend folding it and patting it on.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
