How to use
Hold the cap in place with your hand and turn the nozzle to raise the head. (If it does not rise, close the cap again and turn it again.). Next, press the head several times until the contents come out. After thoroughly wetting your hair and scalp, spread an appropriate amount over your entire hair, lather it up well, and wash your hair and scalp, then rinse thoroughly. .Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it does get in your eyes, rinse immediately with cold or lukewarm water. .When using, be careful not to let water get into the container. .Do not mix with tap water or other products. .If the pump does not move smoothly, purchase a new unit. .Keep out of reach of infants and young children. .Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I liked the previous Benefique shampoo better.
It lathers well and leaves my hair feeling moisturized after washing, and because it contains amino acids, it leaves my hair feeling moisturized. It doesn't feel squeaky. My hair doesn't feel dry even after drying. I've heard that using Draco's shampoo can make my hair feel worse, so I decided to try it again.
