How to use
Please be sure to refill into the Richer by Benefique Shampoo container before use. <Refilling Instructions> (1) Place the bottle on a flat surface and slowly cut the spout from the cut edge. *When cutting, be careful not to let the contents spill out or cut the opening. (2) Insert the spout into the bottle, secure it, hold it with both hands, and pour slowly. ◇Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it does get in your eyes, rinse immediately with cold or lukewarm water. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the empty container or pump. ◇Refill the entire amount after using up the contents. ◇After refilling, tightly close the pump on the container. ◇After refilling, please note the manufacturing code (alphanumeric) on the bottom of this bag. You may need this when contacting us. ◇If the pump stops working smoothly, purchase a new bottle.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
