How to use
Hold the cap in place with your hand and turn the nozzle to raise the head. (If it does not rise, close the cap again and turn it again.). Next, press the head several times until the contents come out. After shampooing, drain the water and spread an appropriate amount over your hair and scalp, massaging gently to blend it in. Then rinse thoroughly. .Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it does get in your eyes, rinse immediately with cold or lukewarm water. .When using, be careful not to let water get into the container. .If the contents are difficult to dispense, tap the bottom of the container with the palm of your hand before using. .Do not mix with tap water or other products. .If the pump does not move smoothly, purchase a new unit. .Keep out of reach of infants and young children. .Keep out of direct sunlight and high temperatures

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like the scent. I have no complaints about the feel after washing. The refill is small, so I wish they would sell a larger size.
