How to use
How to open the lock-on pump: Rotate the nozzle 90 degrees horizontally so that it faces the front of the package, then press down to use the pump. 1. Press the pump to take an appropriate amount. 2. Spread it on your hands, lather with water or lukewarm water, and rinse thoroughly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It comes out as a foam, so it's convenient! The smell isn't too strong, so it doesn't leave a strange smell on your hands. I also wash my hands often, so I'm glad it's not too expensive!
It lathers up really well and washes away all the dirt and stickiness from my hands in one wash, so I love it and have even bought a refill! I used to dislike the scent of ylang-ylang, but this one is very refreshing and blends with the scent of violet to create a mature ylang-ylang scent. Thanks to this hand soap, I overcame my dislike of the scent and have come to love ylang-ylang. It's also great that it doesn't dry out my hands. I'll try the other scents next time.
