Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because it was a collaboration with Powerpuff, and I'm glad I bought it because it has good color and doesn't dry out.
The case and engravings have a luxurious feel to them, which lifts my spirits. As for the taste and smell, which I was wondering about, it does have a bit of a "cosmetics counter smell". To be honest, I think other foreign brands have a stronger scent. It's not that it bothers me, but I would avoid it if I were to eat something delicate. The color is very good, and I think it's good when wearing heavy makeup. The fit is good, but it seems expensive, which is why I gave it this rating.
The color is really good! It's smooth to apply and leaves your lips moist. It's not a tint, so the color doesn't last that long, but it does leave some color. I think it's better to dab the darker colors on rather than applying them directly.
I bought Soft Berry! It has beautiful color and shine. However, when I applied it, I noticed a crayon-like smell, but other than that it was good!
This is my first time trying Bobbi's lipstick. I'm a fan of Buttercup, so I chose this dark red, which I don't usually use. It makes a pretty strong impression when applied all over, but if you use it in the center of a pale color or glossy gloss, it gives off a pale Chinese makeup look and is very cute.
