How to use
After toning your skin with lotion, unfold the mask and place it on your face. Apply it to your entire face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Remove the mask and massage in any remaining serum, then tone with lotion or cream. We recommend using it once or twice a week.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I went to buy a different product, but when I mentioned that I was having trouble with stinging and peeling skin, they recommended this product, so I bought it. I used it on a slightly peeling area around my chin, and it didn't sting at all. It's amazing! There's a generous amount of liquid. I used a little too much, and ended up spilling it on the floor lol. I thought it might be a little sticky right after using it, but after applying my existing cream, it absorbed nicely and the stickiness went away after a while. I felt it was gentle on my skin, so I'm happy. I'll probably buy it again.
