Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I saw on X that this was good for acne scars, so I bought it with some skepticism. It's gel-like and spreads easily, but it's a bit drying after use, so you'll need to use a lid, but it helps acne heal quickly and is very easy to use.
I use it in the following order as instructed: wash your face → Acne At Care → skin care (lotion, milk, etc.).If I use it morning and night, put on the acne patches, and get a good night's sleep, the redness of any acne I have will also fade!
Light acne scars have improved
I'm suffering from adult acne that appears around my face line. I've tried various prescription medications, including Aquachim, 20% azelaic acid, Yokuinin, and Jumi-Baidokuto, but nothing has really worked... I saw this product on X, and immediately after washing my face, I tried Pair Acne Cream W → Acne At Care, and it's the best acne-suppressing product I've ever tried. I'm amazed. I'm still a long way from being completely cured, but I'm definitely feeling the effects, so I'm going to continue with this combination for a while. I wish they would sell a larger size.
The texture is gel-like and easy to apply. The volume may be smaller than I expected. I'll update if it works.
