Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been buying this product for a while now, and although I'm not sure if it has any whitening effects, I continue to buy it because I think it might be effective if I continue to use it. It's easy to use and doesn't feel sticky.
I use it together with my lotion. It moisturizes my skin nicely and doesn't irritate it, so I love it.
It's a refreshing lotion that feels light on the skin. It's a little underwhelming for the current season, so it's probably best to use it in the summer.
After using the Fancl lotion, I apply the same refreshing lotion, which of course doesn't feel sticky.Even if you apply the serum after the lotion, it doesn't feel sticky and is comfortable to use.In the summer, I recommend using the whitening lotion and lotion!
Even though it's a whitening cosmetic, it's gentle and good. I use this lotion every year during the hot summer. It absorbs into my skin and prevents dryness, but it's refreshing so it's not sticky and easy to use in hot weather. I'm not sure about the whitening effect, but I use it as a preventative measure. Fancl lotions are very easy to use, have a clean feeling, and I love that all the types are comfortable to use.
