What it is
A cleansing balm that removes makeup smoothly and rinses off easily, while moisturizing with oats*1. No double cleansing is necessary, and it's gentle on the skin, making it suitable for morning and evening use on dry skin. Contains 86.5% naturally derived ingredients. Almond oil (almond oil*2), rich in oleic acid also found in human sebum, blends well with makeup and reduces skin stress during cleansing. Grapeseed oil (grape seed oil*2) softens rough, hardened skin. Oats (oat kernel oil*2), which protects skin from external stressors, firmly supports the skin's necessary moisture, maintaining oil-level cleansing power while melting smoothly onto the skin without rubbing. This moisturizing cleansing balm spreads smoothly like a gel, blends with makeup and dirt like an oil, and rinses off quickly like a milk, all thoughtfully designed to minimize skin stress. <key ingredients=""> 1. How to use
For makeup removal and face washing, take an amount the size of two blueberries into your hands while your hands are dry and place it on your face. Gently spread it over your entire face, massaging it in with your fingertips as it melts, and once it has blended with dirt and makeup, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water (double cleansing is not necessary). Take an amount the size of two blueberries of face massage cleansing balm and apply it evenly, letting it warm up to your body temperature. Place your four fingers (excluding your thumb) horizontally along your jawline, and move your hands alternately from left to right to gently massage upwards, lifting your jawline. After massaging, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
